Most residential clients require us to perform the following common tasks

• Re-build a PC without loss of data
• Secure a wireless or wired network
• Remedy issues with Firewalls
• Remove a virus or ensure virus's are kept at bay
• Identify application or hardware conflicts and resolve them
• Advise on upgrade paths
• Securely shred and destroy data before a PC is sold to a third party

We offer a 1 hour call out and technical assessment for just £30. The assessment will identify what work needs to be conducted and we provide you with non partial advice about the best way to proceed. Most issues are resolved quite quickly.

Some fixed service fees:

1. Rebuild an operating system (removing old data, re-installing the operating system and copying the old data to one location) - £150 (additional costs may be involved)
2. Installing a new router or wireless router - £45
3. Destroying and shredding data on a hard disk - £50
4. Securing network boundaries (Firewalls, wireless, routers, modem etc) - Basic fee of £45 (additional costs may be involved)
