| We provide Business Terms for our
professional services at a rate exceeding £30 per hour for
Residential Services and £45 per hour for Commercial Services.
Equivalent currency rates can be agreed with clients not trading in
GBP Sterling. Clients can employ services on a half (£250) or full day (£450) rate basis if it more aptly meets their needs. We offer 5 day payment terms maximum to clients that have demonstrated a quality payment history. All other term options are either, payment in advance or on delivery, or onsite, of service provisions. We are a small business that has to compete and cash flow is core to our ability to focus on delivering professional services rather than collecting or chasing payments. We also make special arrangements through written, contracted provisions where a client would seek exceptions to our usual business terms and conditions.
